Day 3 continued.

I hit a brick wall and was unable to add the photos that I wanted to so here goes again. 

The beautiful church interior

The food in the market had a very interesting combination traditional and international fare.

I ate quite a few sausages on rolls but don't seem to have one photo. Even though we are doing lots of walking up and down stairs, I don't think I'll be coming home thinner.

The Munich Opera House 

We saw a lot of churches with the onion dome on the top. These churches have all been built after the defeat of the Turks in the 16th Century and the dome with a cross On top is a reminder to the people that Christianity prevailed.

As we left Munich for Innsbruck the landscape became more Alpine.
